Acceptance

By applying or using credentials you agree to synthetic-only default, caps in your testing agreement, and PSD-12-aligned controls (including 2FA on PIS).

No production reliance

Sandbox APIs are TARGET, NOT PRODUCTION. No warranty of uptime for experiments; SLOs are best-effort unless in supervised extension.

Prohibited use

Live MoF grant files, production SmartCard PANs, bypass of consent/PoL, scraping of other participants' data, or attacks on shared platform.

Fees

Application fee N$500 non-refundable on rejection for incomplete submissions; refund policy per programme office.

IP

You retain your innovation IP; platform logs and conformance results may be shared with regulators under NPIF.

Liability

Liability capped to fees paid for sandbox services; no liability for synthetic data realism gaps.

Governing law

Republic of Namibia.
