NamPost sandbox application

Application required

Complete the application wizard: organisation details, the products you want to test, your innovation story, and the declaration. Supervised live-cap extensions require completed technical milestones.

Eligibility

You should meet these before starting the wizard:

  • Registered entity in Namibia or NamPost internal team
  • Innovation using NamPost APIs (SmartCard, grants, agency, NAMQR)
  • Consumer benefit narrative (minimum 200 characters in wizard)
  • Risk controls and exit strategy
  • No live Ministry of Finance grant files in uploads (synthetic data only)

Application fee:N$500 application fee (sandbox)

  • Organisation registration details
  • Product modules you want to test
  • Innovation description (min 200 characters)
  • Optional legal memo (PDF)
Expected timeline:
Target decision within 14 days · AI-assisted eligibility review first
